Michael Evans

President

As president of FRC, Mike leads FRC’s business strategy and research priorities. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as ensures FRC’s research provides strategic and tactical implications to keep FRC clients ahead of their peers.

With nearly ten years at FRC, Mike has served as vice president, director of research and vice president, subject matter expert of separately managed accounts. During this time, Mike conducted qualitative and quantitative research in support of all FRC products and client projects. He has authored a number of white papers and studies including:

Mike joined FRC in 1998 from Putnam Investments, where he served as a senior statistical analyst responsible for researching the analytical performance of Putnam mutual funds and those of its competition. In addition, Mike researched and created sales ideas for marketing and shareholder communication groups and compiled trustee performance information.

Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, with a minor in history, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
