Peter Welgoss
Research Analyst
Peter Welgoss joined Financial Research Corporation (FRC) as a research analyst in 2007. In this role he supports the FRC research team in the analysis of financial market trends, writes regularly for FRC publications, and provides client service support. Mr. Welgoss is the primary analyst supporting FRC’s variable annuity business segment, where he contributes to the FRC VA Views on the News, FRC Variable Annuity Market Analyst, and FRC Quarterly VA Trends Report.
Prior to joining FRC, Mr. Welgoss worked at Sun Life Financial in a number of roles including operations coordinator for annuitized accounts and as a representative to broker/dealers establishing and communicating the status of new business accounts and transfers. Prior to joining Sun Life, he was a sales assistant with Paine Webber.
Mr. Welgoss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marietta College.
