FRC is at the forefront of the college savings marketplace and it is represented in our involvement with The College Savings Foundation a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC. The charter of the group is to effect positive change by working with public policy makers, media representatives and financial service industry executives in support of education savings programs and FRC works alongside the founding investment management firms.
