FRC and Horsesmouth joined forces to gain insight into the actual effectiveness of advisor value-added programs (VAP) and marketing materials. This primary research report is derived from an extensive survey of 1,800 financial advisors. Based on advisor feedback, FRC provides insights into key value-added topics, top-ranked programs, best practices, success measurements, and advisor preferences on a number of topics including the delivery method and wholesaler involvement for a VAP. Additionally, this research provides firm-specific rankings for marketing materials, enabling firms to determine industry benchmarks based on a number of criteria.
